We believe if our customers are going to pay $3 to $4 for a drink, they would like to see us make it, not just push a button. Another Village Coffee difference is we believe in working hard but also getting the best products for the best price. With Village Coffee’s “Store Package” and “License Agreement” you will have the best of both worlds where savings are concerned. Donna and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to be a part of Village Coffee. We had looked at several different coffee franchises and were not impressed with most of them. They all had huge franchise fees and had complicated UFOC agreements. Starting a new business is difficult enough and more so giving up 8% of the profit for franchise fees. Donna and I were comfortable with Village Coffee from the beginning. You presented us with a great product and a very simple to understand contract. It is wonderful being able to read a contract without feeling intimidated or calling an attorney to proof it. The support and training offered by Village Coffee was a huge help before opening day. Donna and I were extremely concerned about this. However, you came down and gave us what was expected from you. We strongly recommend Village Coffee to anyone who wishes to start a coffee shop.
